Accessibility Consulting and Support
Accessibility support shaped around what your organisation needs.
Accessibility work does not always fit neatly into an audit or training session. Sometimes you need advice on a process, a vendor, a design decision, or a feature before it goes live.
We can help with one-off questions, or set monthly hours for regular support.
What this can include
- Process reviews for procurement, design, development, testing, or release
- Help setting clear accessibility expectations with development vendors
- Automated testing strategies to catch easy-to-detect issues before release
- Advice on a specific accessibility problem
- Feature, prototype, or design reviews before work goes live
- Regular check-ins and monthly support hours
Why process matters
The cheapest and most effective way to do accessibility is to build it into your pre-existing processes.
It is much easier to set clear expectations, review designs early, and catch issues during development than it is to fix everything after a product is finished. Late fixes are slower, messier, and usually more expensive — or worse, they get deprioritised, and never get fixed.
Good accessibility process helps teams avoid preventable problems before they reach disabled people.
How it works
We start by talking through what you need and where accessibility risk is most likely to show up.
From there, we can agree on a one-off piece of work, or a regular support arrangement for your team — whatever suits your team and budget.
