Tactile Ground Surface Indicators (TGSI) — Accessible design around Wellington

I made a short video explaining Tactile Ground Surface Indicators (TGSI).

I decided to try out a bit of video content creation — I felt like being creative.

So I’ve focused on Tactile Ground Surface Indicators — those yellow bumps and lines you see on footpaths around New Zealand. I explored how they are used in Wellington, and where I think they’ve been used incorrectly.

Watch the video on YouTube: Tactile Ground Surface Indicators (TGSI) — Accessible design around Wellington.

I might make this part of a series, where I explore different concepts of accessibility every couple of weeks, via short-form video.
